Cancellations
You have the flexibility to cancel an order at any time prior to the production of your items. However, once production has commenced, it becomes challenging to cancel an order due to the invested time and resources. At this point, it’s unlikely that a cancellation is possible.

Refunds

Returns
At Pun Designs, we prioritize your convenience. We do not require customers to return damaged items. We consider photo evidence to be sufficient for initiating discussions and resolving issues.

Shipping Issues
Once your item has been shipped, it enters a phase beyond our control. Shipping, especially for international orders, can be influenced by various external factors. If you require an update on your order's shipping status, please reach out directly to the shipping company using your order number or tracking information.

When Customers Change Their Minds

When your desired order arrives:
    • at the specified address,
    • within a reasonable time-frame,
    • in good condition,
    • in the correct size, and
    • has no production errors, then
    • we consider our job complete.

If your order arrives:
  
  • with manufacturing errors,
    • in an incorrect size, or
    • exhibits other obvious defects, then
    • we are committed to working with you to find a suitable solution.

Please note that if you decide to change your mind about a purchase when:
    • the delivered order aligns with your initial specifications; then
    • we are unlikely to offer a refund, exchange, or other special treatment.
